El pa\u00eds presenta ventajas en capacidad hotelera e inversi\u00f3n extranjera directa, lo que ha favorecido el desarrollo de la infraestructura del destino.<\/p>\n<p>La Rep\u00fablica Dominicana tiene un marco general sobre inversiones, al igual que leyes para los sectores espec\u00edficos. El principio general de estas leyes es que los inversionistas extranjeros e inversionistas nacionales tienen los mismos derechos y obligaciones en materia de inversi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La Rep\u00fablica Dominicana cuenta con un r\u00e9gimen jur\u00eddico de incentivos y beneficios fiscales para el fomento del desarrollo tur\u00edstico.
